I hand made the hat. It's supposed to be a Kankuro hat from Naruto.
All that pretty maroon sherpa fleece used to be a blanket. I sewed up the vest, leggings, armlings, and belt with patterns I made myself.
It has a type of chainmail on it. I made the brass links from wire. The silver links were from a necklace.
The short-sword is made of wood with duct tape over it. I wrapped the handle myself.
It's hard to see the wings I'm wearing. But those were made out of duct tape with a wood base. Over 100 yards of the stuff.
And I'm wearing my trusty ninja suit with tabi underneath.
